This beautiful blouse is a sheer fabric and has permanent buttons down the front. The neckline has an adjustable tie that can make it smaller. It has tulip sleeves that tie at the wrist. The size large is adjustable. I wear a size small and I tried it on and I can wear it without it looking too big because of the adjustable neckline, but it does fit a large. This is new and in excellent condition
