NWT Express chiffon blouse

This blouse is super light and airy. It has a simply and classy black line of fabric going down the middle which makes it a little more fun than just a white blouse. It has never been worn so it has the price tag and extra button. The folds you see are from the store. Should come out with a steamer (which I do not have)
