NWT Express Steve Madden Quilted Black Sneakers Size 9

Reposhing this item I purchased from @3twigstrading because the Express tag says 10 but the inside label says they are actually size 9, so they did not fit me. Still in new, unused condition just like the photos. Based on my experience and also reviews of others, these tend to run 1/2 (0.5) size too small, so you may want to size up. I normally wear 9.5, but size 10 fits me best in this brand/style combo. Questions? Leave a comment below or add to bundle and message me there.
