NWT Express Pencil Skirt New with Tags- Please note: there is a mark on the back of the skirt. I didn’t notice when I bought it. I should have returned it, but I failed to return it. 🤦‍♀️ I have not tried cleaning it. So, it is still brand new with the tag still attached.
