NWT! Express Cropped Wrap Top

So colorful and fun! This top is unlined, accordion batwing sleeves, and an opened back. This top is new with tags but has a perfume scent to it. I bought this second hand and have not washed it but have no doubt it will come out after washing. Bust- 20 Length- 20
