NWT Evereve Peyton Jensen cowl neck fall dress XS

This is a great fall dress by Peyton Jensen. Carli draped neck dress in an extra small. This is shown as a drape style but the neck is wide enough that you could also wear it off the shoulder or as a boat neck as well. It has a drop waist style. It measures approximately 16 1/2 inches from pit to pit , the waist measures about 13 inches and the dress measures approximately 34 inches from the shoulder to the bottom hem but that can be adjusted if you make it a little more drapey.
