They are great for light to medium incontinence (holds up to 4 teaspoons of liquid). Each pair can be worn for months while staying absorbent. They are machine washable, and you hang them to dry. The liquid is absorbed into the leak proof liner. The bottom liner traps the liquid, so nothing can get through to your clothes. The top liner wicks away any remaining moisture to keep you comfy and dry. This may sound like a lot, but they are super comfy and almost as thick as any pair of underwear that you wear.
