New with tags. This is a really nice white dress by Ever Pretty. It's a women's plus size 5X. This dress could be used as an evening or formal dress. It has elastic around the shoulders and designed to be worn either around or on the shoulders. Either way would look excellent. Please forgive the pictures. The camera on my phone is going out so the pictures are a little shaded. This dress is still bright white and in excellent condition.
