NWT. Eva Mendes for NYCo. Missing one tag, but all other tags are in place. It was never worn. Navy color with floral design. Long elastic sleeves to adjust length. Falls just above knee or at knee depending on height. Very light and breathable material. Sheer material with solid slip underneath.
