NWT English Factory mini dress that is fully lined.. Trendy choker neck design with deep v-neck. Hunter green and navy blue verticle stripes. One minor imperfection on the back of the dress shown in the last photo, but you can hardly see it while on. Flat measurements are: Armpit to armpit: 17" Shoulder to hem: 32" Approx where waist would be: 17" Approx where hips would be: 18.5"
