NWT English Country/Cottage Core Cardigan

Very high end cotton with raised soutache like embroidery and silky floral inserts, trimmed all over in little pearls, loop silky buttonholes, large rhinestone buttons, trimmed in silky ruffles on arms and neck and bottom. The tag says a large but this is way more like a medium.
