NWT En Creme Striped Wrap Mini Skirt

I am in love with this skirt but sadly it is too small for me. It has a wrap look with navy and white stripes and button closures. One button was loose and fell off but a new button is attached to the tag easy to see back on. There is fringe at the bottom of the skirt as well. There’s also pockets!
