NWT Emaline skirt & blouse set

Wear the blouse tucked in or out. The ensemble is completely lined. It has an attractive cowl neckline and cap sleeves. The skirt has a wide stretch waistband and fits through the hips and then flares out into an A-line. The skirt is a medium and the blouse is large so I think either a medium or large could wear the ensemble but I’m posting it under medium. Check out the measurements.
