@rac1226 mine are 16.5 as well. They do fit! They’re a little snug around the center of the biggest part of my calf but not uncomfortable

@rac1226 Hiii! Sorry for the delay, I was traveling! So i re-measure everything and the widest part of the calf is in fact 17.5 inches & the opening circumference was a little tricky to measure but around 18-19in. Hope that helps!
