alice_lt Hi! The dress is slightly stretchy, but it has a back zipper closure. The size S will fit a 27 waist, but I think it could still work for a waist size 28 (I’m also between sizes 27-28). You can also pull it up to create a high-waist look because of the halter style and the extra room at the top of the dress. I’ve just added an actual photo of the dress. It's a beautiful dress and let me know if you have any questions :-)
