Fits bust size 36 - 40”. Dress is a beautiful true black Chiffon fabric (bad lighting gives it a gray color). It is a full flared, all around pleated Marilyn Monroe type skirt with a full black underlining. Item is new, unused without tags from the designer Evan Picone. I purchased two dresses for a party and did not wear this one.
