NWT ECI New York pencil skirt with a muted floral pattern.

This is a lovely skirt and a great piece to have on your closet. The fabric has a slight reflective sparkle to the fabric. Th print I’d muted flowers and butterflies. This is a size 8. There is a zipper in the back. This is a really nice piece. Measurements flat: waist 15” and L is 26”. Smoke free home.
