NWT Dressy Shorts! Sz large

NWT Rayon Dressy shorts. - Black & White in color - Sz. Large - Brand- Vanilla Star - Elastic waist but also has drawstring to tie for a tighter fit. - Has side deep pockets. Note- in pics you will see that the front part is flowy and can be lifted up in a way like a skirt but does not show anything for the shorts are protected. (Similar to a Skort I would say).
