NWT Dress by cupcakes and cashmere

Plaid dress by cupcakes and cashmere. Brand new and never worn. The dress is a vneck with front pocket detail (and side pockets as well!), and gathered at the waist. There is an intentional cutout in the back (shown in picture with cardboard placed so you can see it). Super cute for a summer dress and it's lightweight too!
