NWT Downeast floral pencil skirt

Beautiful new, never worn stretchy pencil skirt from Downeast. I ordered it from Neesee’s dresses, pulled of the tag and then tried it on and it’s too long for me (I’m 4’11” tall) and they won’t take it back if you pulled off the tag. I have the tag, a pretty dark pink with flowers so it goes with lots of different colored tops. Super stretchy!
