NWT 2-piece Donna Morgan dress set (high waist skirt and top) size 12. Brand new with tags, never worn. Beautiful dress skirt/ top set with no flaws, very dark navy blue (tag says "midnight") almost black, clip dot tone on tone all over polka dot pattern, sleeveless top, high waisted skirt with pockets!
