Comes with 4" attached shorties with a deep pocket on each side of the shorts. This skort has a ruffled back, giving it a flirty look. It is a Size 3, which is XL. It is made from an stretchy fabric, and measures 16" across the waist. There is a draw string to adjust the fit at the waist. The skort measures 15.5" in the front and 16" in the back.
