Black velvety fabric covered plastic headband with the words “Best Day Ever” stitched on the right hand side in primary colors of blue, red, and yellow. Plastic transparent round Mickey ears with red Mickey face and shaped balloons inside the clear ears: Requires 6 A13 batteries that aren’t included. *Not tested since batteries aren’t included. Small defect on the left hand ear where it seems some red lines are on the inside of the clear ears (5th photo) Otherwise, no known defects.
