NWT Disney NBC Black & White Circle Skirt

This beautiful skirt was a purchase to get ready for the school year, but the school year has taken a more casual turn, and this skirt has yet to make it out of my closet. The fabric is quite stretchy, but the waistband is not. It has a zipper and button closure in the back and very deep pockets! The 2XL is not new with tags
