NWT Designer Blouse from Nordstrom

This is a pretty, new, red floral blouse! It is from Nordstrom’s!!! The size is an XS! It was made in Indonesia. It has long sleeves, that flair at the bottom, that also tie halfway, with an elastic tie. The sleeves also have a slit in both of them, as shown in the video.
