NWT Democracy 100% rayon crepe blouse with gold buttons. Elastic cuffs and inset lace on sleeves and shoulder. Pintucks on front of shoulders. Tiny ruffles at neck and cuffs. Seam detail on bottom with split tulip hem. This color is hard to photograph; it is a true terra cotta color, a warm spice, the color of the desert, not overly red or pink or bright. Size medium.
