NWT Deadstock vintage maroon burgundy shimmer Peplum top by Francine Browner Rumours. Has a velvet bow with feathers at the Peplum and velvet buttons up the back. Also has shoulder pads. 65% acetate, 35% nylon. Made in USA. Marked a size 13/14- 19.5" armpit to armpit, approx. 25.5" long. Has original tags attached and some writing on the inner tag (the $7.99 was written previously and was not the tag when I purchased this).
