NWT David's Bridal Short Black Halter Dress

This dress is adorable, elegant, and not too short. It's sold out on David's Bridal website. We ordered two sizes to try without realizing they were not returnable. Size 10 measures 16" flat in the waist; @18" in the bust. Size 8 measures 15" in the waist, @17.5 in the bust (bust measurement is not precise with a fitted halter dress) Soft, flowy fabric with just the right amount of sparkle. Perfect for homecoming, winter formal, wedding guest, or graduation.
