@makenziesteiner flat laying measurements are tough on this one because the fabric doesn’t lay flat (it’s curved to accommodate the bust), but I did my best to stretch it as much as I could! Unstretched is about 36”, stretched ptp about 40”, and stretched at the fullest point is about 42”. But I’d say because of the shape of it, there’s probably an extra inch in the bust.
