NWT navy jumpsuit by Cynthia Rowley, size large. Material is nice and stretchy for a comfortable fit. Elastic band all the way around at waist. Pockets on each side of waist. Slight drape at neckline. Measured laying flat. Pit to pit-17. Elastic band at waist in front-15 1/2 (31 all the way around)-but it can be stretched alot. Top of shoulder to elastic band at waist in front-19. Top of shoulder to bottom hem in front-60. No issues.
