(NWT) Crown and ivy soft denim ruffle shorts

These shorts are totally adorable. New with tags. Original price 30 dollars. High waisted with ruffles on the front and the bottom. Front waist is elastic but back is not. Made in India with a very soft and light denim like material. When I look at these shorts I think they would be perfect for a little “tween” girl paired with a cute blouse going to brunch with her family or a little Sunday shopping. No buttons, zippers or pockets. Very comfortable and smooth.
