New with partial tag still attached and in this condition, coming from a smoke free home. Cream peplum style top with lovely black velvet dots throughout and elastic waistband with pleated ruffle detail and beautiful embroidery. No known flaws as it’s new. This would be considered a Junior’s large so prob more like a women’s small. (IMO, but see the measurements).
