NWT but has an issue- outer sparkly fabric layer has become detatched along front seam- pictured. just needs a little love from a seamstress. very long- 62" from shoulder to hem measurements taken lying flat- bust 34" waist 28" hips 36" material is very stretchy and I was able to wear it with a 43" hip. would not recommend for more than 38" bust due to structure.
