This adorable, but elegant dress features a Peter Pan color, little black “tie”, buttons down the front, and a matching belt! It’s has never even been tried on as I thought I ordered a size 6, but it was a UK size 6 which = US size 2 😭

phoebelamour @gallaghergirl thank you but I was referring to the garment measurements. I'm very familiar with this brand, and this design in particular, and the sizing was way off on them so I would need the actual, from-the-garment waist measurement. I love this dress, I just never bought it because of the sizing issues but with the measurement, I'd know if it would fit for sure.
