NWT City Chic Dress size XXL/24 (fit me at 26/28)

NWT City Chic Dress size XXL/26 (fit me at 26/28). I never tried this on, but all City Chic fit me at this size when I was a 26/28. This dress is both lined & has an additional layer of tulle to add volume to the skirt. This dress is ~43" from shoulder to hem. Strapless dress with optional straps included. There is a grippy bit around the top to keep it up, and boning in the sides to keep its shape better.
