NWT Christopher Deane strapless dress, sz 4

NWT Christopher Deane strapless dress with blue sash in a fun blue and white ring print. Material: 97% cotton with 3% spandex, it's unlined and purchased from Fred Segal. This would be a perfect engagement party dress! There is a small mark on the front right side. Please see last pic. I haven't tried to remove it.
