NWT Chili Red Antonio Melani “Meadow Ruffle” Tie Neck Ruffle Shoulder Blouse -XS

This is a show stopping top in bright “chili” red with the most lavish feminine ruffles at the shoulders. It features a split V neckline with a tie that can be left open or tied in a bow. The fit is soft and breezy, fully lined. It measures apx. 18” across the bust and 24” long. The fabric is a lyocell/poly, with a subtle sheen, dry clean only. This top was made in a rainbow of colors and I’ve included a few shots in other colors for fit reference only. The other colors are still online, but I believe the red is no longer available.
