This NWT Chetta B dress has a faux wrap top in blue and white stripes. The tie belt is red and the skirt is a pleated full design with scenes from Paris in blue and white. The top is lined in white and the skirt is unlined. There are on seam pockets and a hidden zipper in the back to create a nice fit on top. Flattering and functional. I got it for a work event, never wore it, and now I am retired. From a smoke and pet free home.
