NWT Chelsea & Violet babydoll velour dress XS-M

This adorable boho babydoll dress has puffy sleeves and gathered dropped pockets. Two button closure in the back. The material is soft and feels Velour-like. It is marked XS and it designed to be very roomy but it’s still roomy for an S, so I am listing it as an S instead. Please check the measurements for yourself. It’s mini, but could also be worn as a tunic with leggings.
