NWT Chelsea & Violet X-SMALL Fuchsia One Shoulder Dress

This is a lovely fuchsia one shoulder dress with loads of ruffles on the shoulder and bodice. The bodice has built in foam molded cups. The skirt is full and the dress has a back zipper. It is fully lined. The Dress is new with tags; MSRP is $98. The dress and lining are 100% Polyester. Machine Wash Cold; lay flat to dry.
