NWT Chelsea & Violet S cold shoulder jumper

NWT no flaws Chelsea & Violet jumper jumpsuit in rust color. It’s called the “September. It has long sleeves, cold shoulders, lined about 1/3 down the pants and top part. Measurements are: under arms across chest 18”, arm length is 21” sits low on shoulders for the cold shoulder look, waist 14” across but is elastic, Inseam 29”, rise not really sure how to measure since no defined rise but to waist its 15” ( hangs low)
