Is this a true wrap skirt that your tie to fasten so it is fully adjustable or is there a button/clasp making the waist a certain size. Also what is the length?

@ngloots hi, it is a true wrap skirt there’s a hole in the waist where you put apart of the belt tie through. The length is midi length/hi-low effect.
