NWT - Chaya blue maxi dress - 12 This is a sleeveless dress with a 2 button closure in the back. There is very little give in the top part, the skirt has stretch and is flowy. There is room for a size D chest. You will have to work it over the girls since there is this ruching right below the bust line that is very unforgiving. The tag says this is navy but I think it looks more like a dark royal blue. From a pet friendly, smoke free home
