NWT Chaps handbag

NWT Chaps black and brown handbag with brown double handles and silver-tone hardware. On the front is the Chaps logo surrounded by a beautiful leopard skin pattern. It has a zipper closure. Inside it has a zippered pocket. It is 10 inches high without the handles and 13 across the bottom. The tag inside says "100% polyvinyl chloride with vinyl trim." It is very versatile since it is both brown and black.
