@moon_drop_shop sorry for late reply! Just getting home. Waist, lying flat across is about 16". It's elastic & has a draw string as well. Inseam is 32" - they are cuffed. Rise is about 13"

If you have time, could you provide measurements for the small? These look like mostly cotton too so maybe they will shrink some. The small are NWT too? Thank you😊

@moon_drop_shop hi! Yes, the small is new with tags as well. Waist measures about 14", inseam about 30 1/2", rise is about 11 1/2"
