NWT Cat & Jack Size 4 Silver Glitter Star Shoes

This is a lovely brand new, never worn, silver glitter star pattern girls shoes. Made by "Cat and Jack" this size 4 silver shoes have adjustable straps goes over the foot. They also have a a tag that says they have removable inserts inside. The bottom are rubber soled with no heel. The bottom says "Cat and Jack, 4". They have the original cardboard tag on them.
