NWT Canadian Graffiti poncho from a local boutique. Knit sweater poncho, adjustable drawstring front cowl neck. Open drape sides with belt for a defined waist. Very chic! All measurements are approximate and taken laying flat. Size- Large Width- 15” when belted as shown- can be adjusted larger and will also stretch some Length- 27”
