is this aline or empire waist? I have wide hips and a butt. I wear 4 to 6 if sizing is at the hip and 0 to 2 if at the waist.

I understand. Yes I’m not familiar with those descriptions but the tightest spot hits on my rib cage. A few inches below my bra. I hope this helps. It is super cute.
