Brand new w/ tags this long dress has cold/ bare shoulders.
Size Medium ( see last pic ) equivalent to 10
The front and the back of the neckline are gathered to give more volume to the dress
It is tightened at the waist with a small tone on tone cord to tie.
Made in France... So pretty unfortunately paid for it without trying on and I am too short for it .
50" long .. 27" wide ...

No I wouldn't describe it stretchy.. it has a little give but isn't the material that is sticks to your body and stretches around it. It's very flattering on.
