White subtly textured cotton blend with a blue striped pattern. Lightweight, made from 99% Cotton, 1% Elasthane. Lining: 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton. Waist: approx. 15" (flat), Rise: 8", Inseam: 3 1/2 - 3 3/4". Never worn, NEW WITH TAGS (there's a light yellow discoloration on the inside of the pants, but not visible on the outside).
